The Dargle River Fund is a local project among businesses and locals and the Dargle Conservancy in the Dargle Valley of KwaZulu Natal. The aim of the project is to maintain and improve the quality of the water, as well as preserve the biodiversity, in The Dargle River, South Africa.

In South Africa you can text “DONATE DARGLE” to 40580 to donate R20, or visit the page on the Conservancy website to find their banking details.

Here is the page on the Conservancy’s website: Dargle River

The River project is important to me as a Darlge local, and I believe that charity should start at home. The river is an important landmark in our community and is the reason the Dargle got its name. Also, it’s relevant to me as I will be driving from our Dargle River, to The Dargle River in County Wicklow, Ireland.
